Las Vegas Gets in Summer Mood

On Thursday, April 29 Las Vegas Mayor Oscar B. Goodman and Clark County Commissioner Tom Collins made summer official with the help of some very famous friends including the "showgirl" Next Door Holly Madison, "Mr. Las Vegas" Wayne Newton and iconic showgirl "Judy Jubilee." The occasion marks the first time a change will be made to the "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas" sign, a national historic landmark. "The Strip" shut down to accommodate a visually dynamic aerial stunt involving 12 bikini-clad skydivers and a special celebrity guest.
