British Airways and easyJet have canceled a number of flights.
Gatwick: Gatwick Airport has reopened, however, there is significant disruption to flights and passengers are advised to contact their airline for up-to-date information on their flights.

Railways
Heavy snow and ice continue to affect most rail services across the country. Almost all train operators are running revised timetables, with broken down trains and signalling problems due to the cold causing additional delays. Visit National Rail Enquiries for revised timetables.
Services badly affected include:
National Express East Anglia and Stansted Express services were delayed this morning by overhead wire problems at Hackney Downs in east London. Services on the Stansted Express are being delayed by up to 90 minutes.
Eurostar trains are also running a reduced timetable due to an earlier London to Brussels train that broke down in the tunnel. They are advising passengers whose journey is not essential to cancel or postpone their trips. Tickets can be exchanged or refunded for free through the original point of purchase at any time in the next two months.
First Great Western reports disruptions across the network including between Bristol Temple Meads and Severn Beach, Cardiff and Paddington and Reading and Gatwick Airport.
South West Trains are running a revised service on their entire network—call for the latest recorded information 011-44-0845-301-7641—and Scotrail (scotrail.co.uk) has suspended or reduced services across the network including Strathclyde, Lothians and the Highlands, with passengers advised not to travel on some routes.
East Coast is advising passengers not to travel between Perth and Inverness and other services are suffering suspension and delays, particularly in Scotland, West Yorkshire and the north-east of England.
Southern Trains expect severe disruption across their services and there is a revised timetable is in place for Sussex Coast train services.
First Capital Connect are advising Thameslink passengers to seek alternative transport, and there are severe disruptions on the Great Northern Route.
South Eastern has introduced replacement bus services between Grove Park to Bromley North, Sheerness to Sittingbourne and Strood to Paddock Wood and has a revised timetable on many routes in and out of London. Services will finish earlier than usual today.
Virgin Trains has canceled some services between London Euston and Birmingham New Street and London Euston and Manchester Piccadilly. There are delays in and out of Glasgow Central and customers traveling between Edinburgh and Glasgow should seek alternative services.
There are no Cross Country trains running between Edinburgh and Glasgow Central, disruptions between York and Newcastle and Cambridge and Stansted Airport and replacement buses between Cheltenham Spa, Gloucester and Bristol Parkway.
