Following the acquisition of the Sheraton Beach Resort Key Largo, LXR Luxury Resorts announced it will pump $7 million into the property to transform it into the new Key Largo Grande Resort & Beach Club. The 200-room hotel has a 21-slip boat marina, private beach and more than 10,000 square feet of function space. The addition brings LXR's Florida collection to 16 properties.
