Mekong Tourism Investment Summit Scheduled

The first-ever Mekong Tourism Investment Summit is set for March 28–30 in Luang Prabang, Laos. The objective of the summit is to provide a forum for discussion and action encouraging growth and investment in the tourism sectors of Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Guangxi and Yunnan provinces of China. The event is being hosted by the Lao National Tourism Administration. It aims to raise the profile of the Mekong region as an expanding tourism destination by linking investors with business opportunities, promoting partnerships and creating an accessible investment environment.
