National Sports Museum Begins Construction in NYC

The National Sports Museum announced Thursday that it has completed a $93 million financing, and has begun construction four blocks from New York City's World Trade Center site. The 80,000-square-foot museum, part of the post-9/11 rebuilding of Lower Manhattan, will contain interactive exhibits and memorabilia celebrating all major sports.
