The King Kamehameha Kona Beach Hotel reopened on Monday on the Big Island under Marriott’s Courtyard by Marriott brand.
The property recently emerged from a two-year, $35 million renovation that saw all 456 rooms upgraded. Each room has a private lanai, many with ocean views.
The hotel is owned and managed by the Pacifica Hotel Company. It is the third property in the Courtyard brand’s portfolio in Hawaii, joining Courtyard Kauai at Coconut Beach and Courtyard Waikiki Beach.
