Hilton Hotels & Resorts today announced the opening of the first stage of the Hilton Surfers Paradise, the brand's first combination hotel and residences in Australia.
This first stage of the new-build $700-million Hilton Surfers Paradise, the Boulevard Tower, includes 134 residential apartments managed by Hilton Worldwide. The Orchid Tower, featuring a 169-room Hilton hotel and more residential apartments, is scheduled for completion in late 2011. Good touch: Both towers are orientated to maximize views of the ocean, hinterland and city.
Leisure and recreational facilities offered at Boulevard Tower will include an indoor lap pool and spa, sauna, gymnasium and barbecue pavilion. A boutique shopping mall within the complex is scheduled to open soon.
Hilton Surfers Paradise is one block from the popular Surfers Paradise Beach and in close proximity to restaurants, bars and upmarket shopping areas.
