The New Spa & Salon at Las Ventanas

In December, a major enhancement of the Spa & Salon at Las Ventanas at Las Ventanas al Paraíso, A Rosewood Resort in Los Cabos, Mexico was completed. The enhancements included a new salon offering a full range of services; doubling the number of treatment cabanas to eight, an elegant and welcoming spa lobby; a signature custom scent created exclusively for Las Ventanas and a menu of new signature treatments and more.

Four Elements Menu: The holistic menu was inspired by the ancient healers of Baja who were masters at tapping the powers of the Four Elements in their quest to balance emotion, spirit and physical well-being. The menu invokes earth, air, fire and water in its techniques, treatments and products.

Personalized Experience in a Tranquil Setting: The Spa’s team of specialists assists each guest to formulate a personalized spa experience that fulfills their special needs and goals. The tranquil and secluded garden setting offers the opportunity to realize optimum well being and enhance quality of life amidst precious desert flowers and a canopy of palms.

Healing Rituals: Innovative healing rituals unique to Las Ventanas are performed in the Solarium, where guests relax before and after treatments. The Holistic Twilight Ceremony, for example, is a purifying ritual adopted from the ancient shamans of Baja. With candles burning and crystal bowls exuding beautiful harmonic tones, an acting shaman uses sage smoke, prayers and a large eagle feather drive negative energy out and you with positive energy and balance. The ceremony prepares guests for the treatments they are to receive.

Soothing and Private Treatment Rooms: The treatment cabanas include an outdoor shower and a private terrace and garden, allowing guests to enjoy treatments indoors and/or outdoors. Two cabanas for couples also feature an outdoor, jetted tub for two, enabling couples to have an extended experience combining treatments and relaxation.

Spa Suites: Unique to Las Ventanas are the three Spa Suites offering a “total spa lifestyle.” Guests are immersed in a continuous spa journey within the privacy of a self-contained, ultra-luxurious Spa Suite that features a personal treatment room, living areas and terraces, a dedicated butler, a walk-in Rainforest Shower hydro experience, an infrared sauna, an infinity-edge Jacuzzi, iSqueeze Reflexology Boots and an organic mini-bar.
