New Wellness Retreats Now Offered at Waldorf Astoria’s El Conquistador Resort & Las Casitas Village in Puerto Rico

From hiking and zip lining the nearby El Yunque Rainforest to twilight yoga, beach boot camp and spa treatments, the back-to-nature programs use the resort’s 100-acre private Palomino Island, pools, local attractions, outdoor labyrinth and indoor studio for their daily element specific classes and activities.

Upon arrival, participants receive a physical assessment and evaluation with body fat analysis before taking part in a variety of classes and activities throughout the three-night, four-day retreats. During the “Earth” retreat, participants enjoy a twilight yoga class, a hike in the El Yunque Rainforest, a mountain trek on Palomino Island, a raw foods “Lunch & Learn” and an 80-minute rainforest hot stone massage.
