Outrigger Expands on Oahu, Kauai

Outrigger is expanding its presence on Oahu and Kauai in December and January. It will manage the Outrigger Waipouli Beach Resort & Spa, which is set to open December 1. This property, which has undergone $200 million in work, will be a member of Outrigger's Condominium Collection. It will have 190 units—37 with one bedroom and two baths, and 153 with two bedrooms and three baths. In addition, a 4,000-square-foot Aveda lifestyle salon and spa is scheduled to open early next year. In addition, Outrigger has been tapped to manage the 837-room Pacific Beach Hotel in Waikiki effective January 1, 2007. The property, owned by HTH Corp., will continue to be known as the Pacific Beach Hotel.
