Pacific Whale Foundation Tide Pool Tours, Maui, once a month March-September

 

Marine educators from the Pacific Whale Foundation (www.pacificwhale.org) on Maui invite the public to participate in tide pool explorations during full moon nearly every month in 2008.

The exploration takes place on Fridays from approximately 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Dates for 2008 are March 21, April 18, May 16, July 18, August 15, September 12 and December 12.

Reservations are required. Participants should wear sturdy shoes and bring a flashlight. The cost is $10 per adult and $5 per child, which includes refreshments. The program is recommended for people ages 6 and over. Call 808-249-8811.
