Palm Beach Property Slated to Open in April

The Omphoy Ocean Resort in Palm Beach, Florida is scheduled to open in April 2009. Offering views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway, the 134-room property will be located on the shores of Palm Beach and is said to be the first new hotel development on the island in nearly 20 years.

Chef Michelle Bernstein, known for her cuisine at Michy’s in Miami, heads the signature restaurant at Omphoy, which will offer seafood and quality cuts of meat.

The spa, Exhale, will have Core-Fusion and Core Energy Flow classes and Eliza’s Eyes beauty bar will provide brow shaping for part of the year. Note: It takes up to six months to get an appointment for this service.
