Panama Resort to Unveil Over-The-Water Bungalows

Panama’s Coral Lodge eco-resort will offer clients over-the-water bungalows set in a natural setting with coral reefs, impressive beaches, tropical rainforest and the fascinating Kuna culture.

The newest member of the Desires Hotels International collection of independently created boutique hotels, Coral Lodge offers a charming string of palapa casitas--ideally situated over the water to maximize– and will soon include bigger over-water bungalows that can accommodate up to six people.

The new thatch-roof bungalows will have 650 square feet of beautifully appointed living space featuring local art, a separate bedroom, two bathrooms with step-in showers, Jacuzzi hot tub, living room with sofa bed, sleeping loft, a glass-floor sitting room, air conditioning and 180-degree views from your private, double hammock furnished balcony. The first of these larger over-water villas are scheduled to premier in July.
