Starting May 31, The Spa at Ravella in Las Vegas will offer a series of massage therapy seminars to train participants in the techniques of Thai Reflexology, Table Thai Yoga Massage, Asian Reflexology and Fusion Massage. Starting at $140 per series, the series allows guests to receive hands-on training in spa techniques as well as stay overnight with rates starting at $59 during the seminars.

Each seminar offers National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) continuing education credits. The seminars offered include:

Thai Reflexology, May 31-June 1, 2011
Presented by Sacred Body Work and taught by founding directors Jairo Cardona and Dennis Stoval, Thai Reflexology focuses on Sen energetic lines and acupressure points in the feet to improve energy flow. Table Thai Yoga Massage, August 27-28, 2011
This passive yoga stretch workshop teaches students how to incorporate various “tools,” such as elbows and feet, into a full body Table Thai Yoga Massage. This class provides 17 NCBTMB continuing education credits and a certificate of completion. The seminar costs $270 and includes a student manual. Asian Reflexology, August 29, 2011
This tradition blends Thai, Indian, Chinese, and Japanese therapies to clear the mind and relieve foot discomfort. The class provides 8.5 NCBTMB continuing education credits and a certificate of completion, costs $140 and includes a student manual. Fusion Massage, August 30
