Riu Palace Punta Cana Opens

Today marks the official grand opening of the new Riu Palace Punta Cana in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The five-star, all-inclusive resort cost was completed at a cost of $60 million. Built next to RIU's five other properties in Punta Cana as part of its resort complex, the Riu Palace Punta Cana features 612 elegant junior suites with hydro-massage bathtub and sea views. Guests at the Riu Palace Punta Cana can also enjoy exchange privileges with all facilities and amenities at its sister properties: Riu Palace Macao, Riu Taino, Riu Melao, Riu Naiboa and Riu Bambu, as well as Riu's Caribbean Street.
