Rum Cay Resort Marina Reveals Master Site Plan

Montana Holdings, Ltd., the developers of Rum Cay Resort Marina, along with architect, Bruce Lafleur and Associates Ltd., revealed the master site plan for the 900-acre, multi-use residential resort and mega-yacht marina development in the Bahamas. The $700 million Bahamian resort will include such amenities as a Blue Flag standard mega-yacht marina offering slips to accommodate yachts up to 200 feet, the residences at Port Santa Maria, featuring two- and three-bedroom luxury town-home condominium units, penthouse suites, exclusive shopping and dining options, a luxury condo-hotel, and a full-service spa.
