Saint Lucia Tourism Authority Launches New Website

The Saint Lucia Tourism Authority has officially launched its new, simplified and user-friendly website. Visitors can now search for tourism operators, activities and accommodations by classification and location, as well as sort through the organization’s Soleil Summer Festivals calendar of events.

The new site features a combination of video and images, capturing iconic sites from around the island. According to the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority’s acting CEO, Tiffany Howard, it will help with the organization’s marketing and promotional efforts in foreign markets, prominently feature some of the island’s biggest draws. As one of the world’s leading honeymoon destinations, for example, it will prominently feature romance offerings from around Saint Lucia.

“With many travelers researching and planning for their vacations online, the new website will substantially improve our internet visibility,” said Howard.

In the next few weeks, the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority will continue developing new features, including viewing in other languages and adding more information and content. The tourism department expects the upgrades and new features will help drive more traffic to its homepage over the course of the year.

The Saint Lucia Tourism Authority is the official destination marketing and promotion organization for Saint Lucia and represents markets like the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, France, Germany, the French Antilles and the eastern Caribbean.
