The Scottsdale Convention & Visitors Bureau (SCVB) has launched a tourism web site specifically tailored to attracting the gay, lesbian and bisexual travel market. The new web site, [www.glbtscottsdale.com], offers a list of shopping locales, restaurants, nightlife, cultural happenings, and gay-friendly resorts. "The GLBT traveler is already part of Scottsdale's demographic," says Lauren Simons, vice president of marketing for the SCVB. "We are updating our visitor guides and web site to ensure this travel segment can more easily access the experiences they are seeking while visiting Scottsdale."
