Shorebreak Hotel in Huntington Beach Prepares for Opening

The Shorebreak Hotel is set to open April 1 at Huntington Beach. The beachfront property has 157 guestrooms, including 39 suites. Room amenities include flat panel high-definition televisions with media hub, iPod docking stations, wireless high-speed internet access, executive work desks with ergonomic chairs, and private balconies with ocean or courtyard views. Guest room design is by Jonathan Staub, Senior Designer at Philpotts & Associates. Staub incorporates whimsical patterns, sculptural shapes, and dynamic artwork into an interpretation of the beach culture vibe of Huntington Beach.

Shorebreak’s Zimzala Restaurant and Bar will serve Mediterranean cuisine with an emphasis on fresh seafood. Shorebreak’s meeting facilities include 8,000 square feet of total function space, including a 3,000 square foot ballroom.  Highlights include a private dining room with wraparound terrace, an interior courtyard terrace with outdoor fire pits, corner boardroom suites, and an executive business center.

Rates at the Shorebreak range from $319 nightly, $359 for a deluxe oceanfront room, and up to $1,500 for a two-bedroom suite.
