Singapore's Changi Airport to Build New Terminal

Singapore's Changi Airport (heralded by many as one of the best airports in the world) will close its Budget Terminal on September 25. The terminal will be demolished to make way for the construction of a larger passenger building as air traffic continues to grow in Singapore.

The new terminal, Terminal 4, will have a capacity of 16 million passengers per year and will have a wider selection of retail and F&B offerings. The Budget Terminal will move tis operations to Terminal 2 and will affect Berjaya Air, Cebu Pacific, Firefly, South East Asian Airlines and Tiger Airways.
