Sofitel's Bespoke M.I.C.E. Initiative

Vietnam's Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi is wrapping up its $20 million restoration. As part of the final building block, the hotel has introduced a new "Legendary Events" initiative.

Legendary Events was designed to make M.I.C.E. travel not only seamless but memorable. The concept is designed around personalized attention. Legendary Events raises the bar on Sofitel's already-in-existence InspiredMeetings concept, which was launched last September. The hotel has hired additional event planners and concierges for Legendary Events to help usher guests from beginning to end. Two individuals within the hotel will manage the entire production. Think more along the lines of an event butler rather than just a coordinator.

The Metropole is Sofitel's first Legend hotel and its Legendary Events concept is the first to be rolled out worldwide.
