Sports Empire Package Celebrates Calgary Stampede's Centennial

For July 2012, Sports Empire has created a special event package to Alberta, Canada to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Calgary Stampede and offer a tour of the Canadian Rockies.

Providing family-friendly entertainment, the soon-to-be century-old Calgary Stampede is a western state fair featuring top-flight performers, exhibitions from across the country, a rodeo and nightly chuckwagon races. Guests will conclude their trip with tickets to the stampede’s final weekend.

The tour begins Saturday, July 7, 2012 in Edmonton and ends Sunday, July 15, 2012 in Calgary. Additional highlights include a ride on the Jasper Tramway and exploration of the Icefields Parkway and Lake Louise. Guests will have free time for sightseeing activities in Edmonton, Jasper and Banff as well as some free time in Calgary.
