The St. Kitts Tourism Authority recently announced that American Airlines has added Friday flights to complement its regular Wednesday and Saturday non-stop flights from John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) in New York City.
The new JFK Friday flights will operate from Friday, June 13 through Friday, September 5. Departing flights leave JFK at 5 p.m and arrive in St. Kitts by 9:30 p.m. while return flights leave St. Kitts at 10:30 a.m and arrive back in New York by 2:55 p.m.
“The addition of a third weekly non-stop New York to St. Kitts flight from June to August is an indicator of the ongoing positive developments in St. Kitts tourism," said Sen. Ricky Skerritt, minister of tourism and international transport, in a written release. “Our Summer Sunsation offer, The St. Kitts Music Festival, Nevis' Culturama and CPL T20 Cricket will all help to make travel to St. Kitts and Nevis a very attractive option for this summer.”
Complementing the newly added Friday non-stop flights from JFK on American Airlines, St. Kitts’ "Summer Sunsation" family offer is designed to provide more value for travelers’ money, particularly for those traveling with children.
Valid on new bookings only made between now and June 30 for travel from now through September 1, it offers the fourth and seventh nights free at participating hotels. Plus, children stay free and/or eat free at most participating hotels, which include Bird Rock Beach Hotel, Ottley’s Plantation Inn, Sugar Bay Club, St. Kitts Marriott Resort & Royal Beach Casino and Timothy Beach Resort.
Agents should reference the “Summer Sunsation” family promotion at the time of booking.
