Suicide Bomb Kills Three In Israeli Resort Town

Travel agents booking clients in Israel should take note of the suicide bombing that occurred Monday in Eliat, a tourist resort town, killing three people and wounding seven more. It happened when a man walked into a bakery and detonated explosives. Eliat, at the southern tip of Israel on the Red Sea, is a vacation spot said to be far away from the violence that intermittently affects the Gaza Strip and the West Bank. This is why the bombing in the area is so curious. "We shall draw the conclusions and learn the lessons, and instruct our security people to continue their ongoing and never-ending struggle against terrorists and those who send them," said Israel's prime minister, Ehud Olmert.
