Tahiti Tourisme recently announced it is launching a “global audition” for real couples and families to be the stars of "Two Stories/One Mana," a new digital video series promoting Tahiti to audiences around the world.
"Two Stories/One Mana" takes real travelers on a journey to Tahiti and captures their experiences immersed in the islands' beauty, unique Tahitian culture, luxury and wild terrain.
The series debuts with videos featuring three real couples cast last summer from California and France. To film more chapters, Tahiti Tourisme is searching for new stars – real couples and families – and expanding its casting call worldwide.
To audition, real couples and families should create a short, 15-second video saying what inspires them about The Islands of Tahiti and their top three favorite Tahiti activities, and then share their audition video on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter with the hashtag #TakeMeToTahiti. The deadline to audition is April 5.
Three couples or families will be chosen as the new stars and announced in late April. They will spend 10 days in The Islands of Tahiti in June for a filmed adventure highlighting the islands' private luxury, stunning natural beauty, vibrant Tahitian culture and unique Mana experiences.
"For the couples we hosted last year it was the trip of a lifetime," said Paul Sloan, CEO of Tahiti Tourisme, in a written release. “We hope their videos inspire travelers everywhere – those who have ever wanted to visit The Islands of Tahiti for the first time or return for a new experience – to seek out and embrace their own Mana here on their next vacation."
