All About Hawaii, working with AIG Travel Guard, has announced a plan that promises travel agents reimbursement of their full commission when their clients cancel trips for covered reasons any time before departure.
This offer is being provided for the first time to agents booking with All About Hawaii. Reimbursement is not based on when a client cancels or based on trip penalty calculations. Instead it is simply based on whether the trip was booked and if the cancellation is for a covered reason. This offer is for new bookings as of Jan. 1.
