The economy may be down, but you’d never know it by the droves of people that continue to flock to Vegas to try their chance at that elusive jackpot.  For those guests that actually spend any time at their hotel and enjoy luxury accommodations, the Golden Nugget is putting the final touches on the $150-million Rush Tower set to open November 20.

Representing the latest addition to over $300 million dollars in expansion and renovation projects, Rush Tower will add almost 500 guestrooms and suites the Golden Nugget’s accommodations.  Guestrooms run the gamut from 439 square feet to the more expansive 1,326 one-bedroom parlor suites.  Views from many of the rooms include the skyline of the Las Vegas strip and the Golden Nugget pool.

A new restaurant on the premises will allow guests to eat seafood while gazing into a 50,000 gallon tropical aquarium populated by exotic fish.

And of course, what would any Vegas hotel be without a casino?  Expanding the Golden Nugget's current offerings, Rush Tower will include many tables and slot games, and three retail venues located around the floor.
