Universal Orlando Launches Redesigned Web Site for Travel Agents

Universal Orlando Resort recently launched a redesigned version of its dedicated travel agent web site, [www.universaltravelagents.com]. The updated site is a user-friendly, comprehensive information resource for travel agents to use when customizing a Universal Orlando Resort vacation for clients. It provides detailed information on Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure theme parks and Universal CityWalk, the resort's nighttime dining and entertainment complex, plus a wide variety of hotel options, including the three on-site Loews Hotels and other Orlando area hotels. The web site includes improved selling tools such as downloadable fact sheets and brochures and detailed collateral that agents may request for themselves or their clients. A special "Travel Planning" section offers agents helpful travel advice to share with clients, such as tips for traveling with small children. In the "Vacation Options" section, agents will find a variety of Universal Orlando vacation experiences to offer clients, including family, luxury, golf, spa and group vacations. Agents can also log on to [www.universaltravelagents.com].
