Universal Orlando Previews New King Kong Ride (VIDEO)

Universal Orlando has released new details on its upcoming King Kong ride, Skull Island: Reign of Kong, which is set to open this summer at Universal's Islands of Adventure

During the ride guests will travel on a specially designed expedition vehicle that will use a positioning system to independently navigate a "rough, jungle road." The front and back axles of the 40-foot-long, 17-ton vehicle can be steered individually, allowing it to make sharp turns and complicated maneuvers.
