Aston Hotels & Resorts has promoted Keiko Recto to the position of guest services supervisor for the Aston Pacific Monarch. Since 2003, Recto has played a crucial role as a guest service agent and Japanese language specialist for the Aston Pacific Monarch.
Fluent in reading, writing and speaking Japanese, Recto also holds an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Hospitality and Tourism from Heald College in Honolulu. In her new position, Recto will extend guest access to the front desk, primarily on weekday evenings and weekends.
