Earthquake Strikes Indonesia, Tsunami Watch Lifted

An 8.7 magnitude earthquake struck Indonesia's western coast today, April 11. According to the British Foreign & Commonwealth Office, a tsunami watch was put in place immediately after, which has since then been lifted.

According to the Washington Post, tremors could be felt in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and India.
