Eaton Hotels International, an affiliate of Langham Hotels, has signed a series of three agreements in China for its first Eaton Luxe and Eaton Smart brands with developer, Greenland Group.
The first to open will be the 204-room Eaton Luxe, Nanqiao, which will debut in 2010 and will be located in Shanghai's business district. Following in 2011 will be the 250-room Eaton Luxe, Xinqiao, Shanghai and the 400-room Eaton Smart, Honggutan, Nanchang.
