Fairmont Kea Lani, Maui Announces New Sales Managers

Shannah Milstead, director of sales and marketing of Fairmont Kea Lani, Maui, recently announced the appointments of Tiare Horner to group sales manager; Brenda Swain to leisure sales manager; Jennifer Miller to resort sales representative; and Gina Rausch to conference services and catering manager.

Horner brings 12 years hospitality experience to her new role having most recently served as group sales coordinator with Fairmont Kea Lani, Maui.

Swain began her career with Westin Hotels & Resorts in human resources and soon after followed her passion for travel into the sales and marketing department. With more than 14 years hospitality experience, Swain most recently served as the sales and marketing coordinator at Fairmont Kea Lani, Maui.

Miller has a diverse background in luxury sales with her most recent experience at Four Season Maui in the catering and special events department.  

Rausch brings a diverse background and experience to her new role. In 2014, she joined the Fairmont Kea Lani, Maui team as a conference services and events representative. Prior to her time in hospitality, Rausch spent 11 years working in the education field.

“It is exciting to welcome such a talented group of women to the sales and marketing team at Fairmont Kea Lani,” said Milstead in a written release. “Each of these women bring with them passion and enthusiasm for selling and sharing the Fairmont Kea Lani experience with visitors and guests from around the world.”
