Forbes Travel Guide introduced Startle.com, an online travel planning site designed to help travelers discover the best places place to go, in conjunction with the announcement of the 54th annual list of five- and four-star hotels, restaurants and spas.
The site launched on November 15 in 72 U.S. markets and five international markets.
