Aleenta Chiang Mai Resort & Spa to Debut in 2023

Following the success of the existing Aleenta Resorts & Spas in Phuket and Hua Hin, the Akaryn Hotel Group has announced that it will open its third property, Aleenta Chiang Mai Resort & Spa, in the first quarter of 2023.

Situated between the ancient city of Chiang Mai and the region’s lush countryside, Aleenta Chiang Mai will be geared towards health-conscious travelers looking for an authentic Thai hospitality experience. The luxury boutique resort will offer 45 rooms in a combination of 32 guestrooms with private terraces; one- and-two-bedroom pool villas; and a four-bedroom teak wood villa. Each villa will be crafted from recovered traditional teak wood, also featuring a sustainable design concept.

The hotel’s facilities will include an outdoor swimming pool with lounge area and bar, an all-day-dining restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and a fine-dining menu in the evening, library bar serving cocktails and drinks in the evening. The F&B program at Aleenta Chiang Mai will offer a menu of Thai dishes with a contemporary twist, with plant-based, low sugar, low-carb ingredients featuring local ingredients. Other facilities include a wellness center offering a full-service spa; and a meeting and events space for up to 40 people.

Aleenta Chiang Mai will offer holistic retreats to help guests reach their wellness goals. An in-house doctor, nurse and healer will be available to assist guests through holistic approaches encompassing diet and nutrition, mental wellbeing, physical fitness and medical guidance.
