ARC MarketPlace Now Available Via CCRA

keyboardCCRA Travel Solutions reports an agreement with ARC that enables CCRA affiliated agents access to all the features of ARC MarketPlace, an online destination product booking website.

By simply clicking on the “ARC MarketPlace” icon that now appears on CCRA’s hotel booking portal website,, agents will be directed to ARC’s commissionable travel product offerings. Offers include nearly 10,000 tours and activities in 500 worldwide destinations, as well as visa and passport services and car rental offerings, CCRA says.

“We are delighted to align ourselves with such a well-respected and recognized global travel company as ARC, which shares in CCRA’s mission of supporting the travel agency community, and regularly seeks new ways to help travel professionals become more profitable and competitive,” said Dic Marxen, president and CEO of CCRA Travel Solutions.

“Through this new partnership we look forward to building long-standing relationships with ARC’s travel agency members by providing them with competitive commissions and negotiated rates at leading hotels across the globe through access to our proprietary hotel reservations portal,," Marxen says.

As part of the agreement, ARC has also expanded its offerings to provide ARC booking agents with the ability to survey real-time hotel rates and availability at over 180,000 properties worldwide available via the CCRA hotel booking portal website, by simply clicking on the “Hotels” banner on ARC MarketPlace (, CCRA notes.

Once agents register using their ARC Number or ARC MarketPlace ID, they will be able to browse CCRA’s global network of hotels and view up to five different rate categories on a single search: GDS rates, CCRA negotiated rates, Internet rates, net rates, and 15% commissionable rates, CCRA says.

“We’re extremely pleased to partner with CCRA and offer ARC MarketPlace users the ability to book hotel rooms, which is content often requested by our agents,” said Mike Premo, ARC’s president and CEO.

“This feature perfectly complements the website’s content of destination activities, visa and passport services, car rentals, and business services. We’ll keep on listening to our agents and look forward to continuing to enhance our commissionable product offerings with options like hotels through our partnership with CCRA," Premo said.
