Atlantis Paradise Island Launches New Custom Tours

Atlantis Paradise Island in the Bahamas has announced the launch of "Sapphire Services," a concierge platform dedicated to curating bespoke guest experiences.

Sapphire Services provides guests with a range of opportunities to explore the Bahamas. Guided by a concierge team, guests can create customized #BahamasAtHeart itineraries within the resort and beyond. Guests can immerse themselves in Bahamian customs such as Junkanoo, go on art walks with Bahamian artists, board private or semi-private chartered flights from South Florida with Tropic Ocean Airways, and sail to the nearby Family Islands for day trips. They can enjoy a culinary adventure on land or sea, or opt for educational tours at Dolphin Cay and Atlantis’ fish hospital, and turtle release excursions to Rose Island. Ecotourism opportunities such as mangrove planting and coral reforestation are also available.

Guests can reserve a seaplane with Atlantis’ partner Coco Bahama Air to Kamalame Cay on Andros Island. The itinerary includes chauffeured roundtrip car service from Atlantis to Nassau’s Odyssey Airport, a scenic seaplane ride to Kamalame Cay, and a sea-to-table lunch under Kamalame Cay’s palapa. Access to snorkeling, bonefishing and an overwater spa are also part of the experience. Additional seaplane excursions to Spanish Wells and Harbour Island will launch later this year.

Visitors can also explore the Bahamas’ Family Islands with Pieces of 8, Nassau’s boat charter company. Pieces of 8 tours launch from a private dock at Atlantis Marina. Itineraries include day trips to Exuma and Eleuthera, where guests can walk along the white sand bars, interact with animals in their natural habitats and enjoy a traditional lunch dockside.
