Brown Hotels has announced the opening of two new properties from its new four-star line of resorts: Brown Beach Eretria and Brown Beach Chalkida. Located on Evia Island, just a one hour drive from the city of Athens, the new “Brown Beach” branded resorts are the first to launch under the new sub-brand, with Brown Beach Eretria being the first ever property by the group to offer all-inclusive packages.
Brown Beach Eretria and Brown Beach Chalkida join Brown Hotels’ growing portfolio of Greek properties, now totaling at nine, following the Athens-based Brown Acropol, Villa Brown Ermou, DAVE Red Athens, Lighthouse Athens, Kubic House, the new DAVE by the beach Loutraki, and the group’s first five-star property, Isla Brown Corinthia.
The hotel group expanded into beach-side offerings earlier this summer with the launch of its inaugural resort, Isla Brown Corinthia. Brown Beach Eretria and Brown Beach Chalkida introduce yet another new hospitality concept to the group, presenting four-star, beach-front resorts both complete with swimming pools, a bar and restaurant, wellness center, spa and events space. Brown Beach Eretria is home to the brand new “Blue Stories” water-sports center by Brown Hotels, offering a range of activities for both adults and children, including water skiing, wakeboarding, diving, sup boarding, parasailing and flyboarding, among others.
Brown Beach Eretria is the first hotel by the hotel group to offer in-house entertainment and extended leisure facilities, with all inclusive packages. Situated on the water’s edge in Eretria town, just a 90-minute drive from Athens airport, Brown Beach Eretria offers 360-degree views of the Evian Gulf that stretch out across the hotel’s private beach.
The hotel has 175 rooms, ranging from the Classic Garden View and Classic Sea View sleeping up to three, to Classic Partial Sea View room. All rooms at Brown Beach Eretria have balconies, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, bathrobes and slippers and luxury bathroom amenities.
Brown Beach Chalkida is located on the Agios Minas beach at the entry point to Evia Island, less than an hour’s drive from Athens. Offering sea views, 119 rooms, a swimming pool and pool bar, restaurant, tennis courts, gym, spa and wellness center and events space, Brown Beach Chalkida is well-suited for both couples and families looking for an easy-to-reach, beachfront retreat.
The resort offers Sea View, Garden View or Pool View rooms. Each room comes with a balcony and is fitted with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, bathrobes and slippers and luxury bathroom amenities. The hotel’s interiors mimic those of Brown Beach Eretria, with similarly decorated rooms sporting a neutral color palette, clean lines and natural wood furnishings.
