Classic Resorts Names New Leisure Sales Manager; Kaanapali Alii Adds New Room Category

Classic Resorts, a resort management company specializing in condominium and luxury vacation home rentals on Maui and Hawaii Island, has announced the appointment of a new leisure sales manager. 

Heidi Denecke will be responsible for all Classic properties, including the company’s flagship hotel, Kaanapali Alii; the celebrity hideaway Puunoa Beach Estates; and Lahaina Shores Beach Resort.

Also on Hawaii Island, she will be responsible for leisure sales for Classic Resorts’ luxury condos, Mauna Lani Point and The Islands at Mauna Lani.

In this position Denecke will be responsible for presentations to accounts throughout the U.S. for qualified initiatives for partners and customers, and for executing marketing plans and strategies targeting the wholesale and retail market. She is now responsible for the leisure market including wholesaler and travel agent partnerships.

Denecke brings more than 17 years of experience in luxury hotel sales with numerous awards for leadership.

As senior sales manager at the prestigious Ritz Carlton Kapalua, she excelled in all areas, exceeding sales goals, winning multiple awards, and generating new business from international markets.  

Kaanapali Alii’s New Condo/Den Room Category

The new Kaanapali Alii Condo with Den category is great for friends traveling together. Clients can enjoy the space of a two-bedroom condo that includes a master bedroom plus a fully enclosed den. Each den is furnished with a queen bed and its own TV.  All condos at Kaanapali Alii have two full bathrooms. 

Clients can pay for a One-Bedroom Condo with Den that serves as a two-bedroom, or pay for a two-bedroom that becomes a three-bedroom. Guests can choose their preferred view from garden, mountain, partial ocean to ocean view.
