Desert Springs JW Marriott Resort & Spa Undergoes Renovation

Desert Springs JW Marriott Resort & Spa recently broke ground on a $25 million renovation, focusing on upgrades to its lobby, dining facilities, and spa. Guests will be welcomed to the 884-room resort by a new porte-cochere, featuring a fire cauldron and dramatic water features that will spill into reflecting pools of Italian mosaic tile. A complete renovation of the Spa at Desert Springs, slated for completion in Spring 2007, will introduce decadent suites with private showers, fireplaces, outdoor whirlpools, new courtyards and numerous other ways for couples and groups to spa together, including a co-ed relaxation lounge and a VIP suite staffed by a personal spa butler.
