Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve to Host Third Annual Culinary Getaway

Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve and chef Jose Andres recently announced details for the third annual Dorado Beach Culinary Getaway, set to be held at the resort from November 9 - 12.

The culinary celebration will once again present guests with access to - and interaction with - an impressive roster of chefs and personal friends of Andres, including Eric Ripert and Tim Love, who will be returning for the third year, in addition to newcomer Jacques Torres.

Chefs from the Ritz-Carlton Reserve will also be in attendance during the weekend, introducing guests to an array of dishes that celebrate local ingredients and cuisine. Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve and Andres, the mastermind behind the resort's signature restaurant, Mi Casa, are offering guests an intimate weekend with some of the world’s most creative and talented culinary geniuses.

The weekend will consist of carefully curated experiences including a beachside cookout, wine and rum tastings, culinary demonstrations and meals. At exclusive meet-and-greets, guests will also get the unique opportunity to directly interact with each of the participating chefs and learn from them.

Highlights from the weekend will also include an intimate cocktail party at the property’s private residence, Su Casa, as well as a Chef’s Dinner and a farewell champagne brunch. During this weekend, the property will also debut a collaborative land art exhibition, which will feature works from four celebrated land artists.

The installation will aim to transform the property and present guests that have visited before a completely new way to engage with and experience all that Dorado Beach has to offer.

Guests interested in participating in this experience may do so by booking the "Dorado Beach Culinary Weekend” package, starting at $2,045 per night for two guests with a three-night minimum stay required. The package includes overnight accommodations, daily continental breakfast for two at Mi Casa and participation in all the culinary events throughout the weekend.

Package holders also receive access to a selection of special events created just for them, such as chef meet-and-greets.
