After $4 million in renovations, the owners of Dublin's Clarion Hotel raised a new flag this past weekend, rebranding the property as a Crowne Plaza. It is the third flag change in as many years. The enhancements included new décor and enhanced lighting in the guest rooms, along with plasma TVs. A new outdoor seating area was also put in the hotel's restaurant. With the new affiliation, average daily rates are expected to climb about $25.
