Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta Reveals $3.2 Million Renovation

Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta All-Inclusive & Spa, one of 12 properties of La Colección Resorts by Fiesta Americana, has unveiled new renovations to three public spaces. After a four-month renovation period and a $3.2 million investment, guests are now able to experience the new beachfront Chulavista restaurant, the adults-only SONNE Club and the new alfresco culinary experience at La Veranda.

The all-new beachfront Chulavista restaurant has transformed from breakfast hotspot to modern buffet eatery, offering a variety of specialty stations. The restaurant also has two new seating areas, increasing capacity from 170 patrons to 270. The first area is an air-conditioned indoor space and the second is a breezy outdoor area.

At the all new, adults-only SONNE Club, located on the rooftop of the Chulavista restaurant, guests will find an infinity pool with 180-degree views of Banderas Bay, as well as two Jacuzzis, a lounge area with Bali beds and a bar and grill. Also available are nine cabanas equipped with day-beds, 42-inch flat screen TVs, a minibar and some with large hanging chairs.

La Veranda, located right next to the beach on a terrace under a "grand pergola," is open for dinner every day. Here, patrons can enjoy top meat cuts, as well as fresh lobster and shrimp, paired with the resort’s wine list. For a special experience, La Veranda has a chef’s table that sits 14.

Travelers interested in visiting Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta All-Inclusive & Spa to experience these new spaces can take advantage of La Colección’s offer of up to 50 percent off from November 14 to November 28.
