Changes include the opening of the new 21-suite Hotel at Grace Bay Club in spring 2007, investment in the food & beverage program, including the addition of Executive Chef Gerry Gnassi and the introduction of the Estate at Grace Bay Club, a collection of 22 custom residences, in 2008.
