Great Wolf Lodge Planned for Texas

Great Wolf Resorts broke ground on the new $100 million Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine, TX. The 404-suite indoor waterpark resort is slated to open in late 2007 as the company's ninth lodge. Suites can accommodate six to 10 guests, and four will be themed for kids. Facilities will include a 98,000-square-foot entertainment area with an indoor waterpark as well as an outdoor waterpark with two tube slides, a pool and patio area. Great Wolf Lodge will also have a two themed restaurants, an Aveda Concept Spa and activities for kids, including crafts, nightly story time and an arcade. (ES)
