Hacienda Encantada Resort & Spa is kicking off the New Year by breaking ground on two additions to the property, including double unit condos along with new suites, fitness center and spa.
For an additional luxury accommodation option, Hacienda Encantada Resort & Spa is developing another phase to the resort. Situated to overlook the bay, the new experience will span nine levels, adding eighty-nine guest rooms to the property. Guests staying within the new phase will have the opportunity to choose from studio rooms or two, three, and four bedroom suites. Guests will additionally have direct and exclusive access to a rooftop, housing a restaurant and rooftop bar, infinity pool, panoramic Jacuzzi, a gym with 270 degree views, along with a sun terrace complete with day beds and wet chairs.
The resort's new spa facility will also be housed within the new addition. Complete with five private massage suites, the spa will offer treatments such as: Pacifica Mare, a body and facial anti-stress treatment that combines an ancient Ayuverdic hot oil therapy and hot stones, and Mezcal Therapy, an organic facial and wrap treatment that incorporates mezcal, lime and chaya to eliminate toxins, and hydrate the skin with an infusion of antioxidants.
The Residences at Hacienda Encantada Resort & Spa will include eight luxury duplex condos. Each will be equipped with two bedrooms, a dining and seating area, two bathrooms, a laundry room, and a private terrace promising only the most breathtaking views. The shared outdoor space will be furnished with a pool and barbeque area exclusively for guests staying in the condos.
The new projects are both currently underway and are scheduled for completion in early 2018.
