Hilton Adds Another All-Inclusive Offering in Cancun

Hilton has signed a franchise agreement for the upcoming conversion of The Sens Cancun Adults Only All-Inclusive Resort, Tapestry by Hilton. The Sens Cancun resort is owned and will continue to be managed by Oasis Hotels & Resorts.

Located in the Cancun hotel zone just nine miles from Cancun International Airport, The Sens Cancun Adults Only All-Inclusive Resort, Tapestry by Hilton is expected to open in 2026, welcoming guests to views of the Playa Langosta. The beachfront property will undergo a complete renovation, transforming all guestrooms and public spaces. Upon reopening, it will offer nine restaurants and a new rooftop bar and restaurant with views of the Caribbean Sea and the Nichupte Lagoon.

In 2024, Hilton has signed more than 10 new hotel deals in Mexico across multiple brands and segments furthering its multi-brand, multi-destination growth. Notable signings in the lifestyle and full-service categories include Canopy by Hilton Guadalajara, a 170-room, new-build hotel expected to open in 2028; and Hilton Tijuana, which will represent the anticipated 2026 debut of the company’s flagship brand Hilton Hotels & Resorts. In the focused service category, Hilton signed new deals under the Hampton by Hilton, Hilton Garden Inn and Tru by Hilton brands in destinations including Monterrey, Mazatlan, Ciudad Juarez, Ciudad Valles, Juriquilla, Saltillo and Mexico City. The company also signed the first Home2 Suites by Hilton branded hotel in the country, slated to open in Monterrey Santa Catarina in 2027.

In the luxury segment, Hilton welcomed more than 10 boutique properties in Mexico through its global partnership with Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH), which are now available on all Hilton direct booking channels, including Hilton.com and the Hilton Honors app.

Hilton’s current Mexico all-inclusive portfolio includes Hilton Cancun, an All-Inclusive Resort; Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort; Hilton Vallarta Riviera All-Inclusive Resort; Hilton Playa del Carmen, an All-Inclusive Adult Only Resort; and the recently opened Hilton Cancun Mar Caribe All-Inclusive Resort.
