Hilton Announces Florida Keys Expansion Plans

Hilton has announced the signing and upcoming conversion of Ocean’s Edge Resort & Marina to Hilton Key West Resort & Marina, expanding Hilton’s presence in the Florida Keys. The waterfront resort, located on Stock Island at the eastern edge of Key West, Florida with direct marina access, is now accepting reservations for stays beginning July 1, 2026. The property is owned by Sunstone Hotel Investors and will be managed by Hilton.

“Hilton Key West Resort & Marina represents an exciting addition to Hilton’s renowned portfolio in the Florida Keys, a destination where travelers come to unplug and embrace the spirit of the island lifestyle,” said Leonard Gooz, global brand leader, Hilton Hotels & Resorts. “With its waterfront setting, full-service marina, open-air amenities, and island-inspired experiences, the resort will offer guests an authentic Florida Keys getaway paired with the reliable service and elevated hospitality of Hilton.”
