Hilton Announces New Commission Payment Program

Hilton Hotels Corp. is implementing a new travel agency commission processing program as well as an online system for agents and hotels to track commissions. The new TACS site, [www.tacsnet.com] is available for hotels in the U.S. and Canada, although Hilton is also looking at ways to offer the services for hotels outside of North America. With the new program, agents will have access to online, real-time commission tracking and payment processing, a 24-hour automated help desk, automated clearinghouse and 26 months of data. Retailers will also be able to review commission details for a specific client, view statements and run payment reports for specific date ranges.
