The tall ships are here! As Sail Boston 2026 takes over the city's waterfront, Hilton Boston Park Plaza is bringing a taste of Bermuda to Back Bay through a partnership with the Spirit of Bermuda and Goslings Rum, the island's iconic rum producer.
The hotel, serving as the official host hotel for the Spirit of Bermuda, is offering a series of Bermudian-inspired activities through Thursday, July 16 at its lobby restaurant, Off the Common. Guests will also find Bermudian touches throughout the property, including doormen sporting Bermuda's iconic pink shorts, tropical floral displays at the entrances, and an island-themed playlist in the lobby.
Through July 16, guests can enjoy a specialty Bermudian menu prepared by Hilton Boston Park Plaza's Chef Bidur Bhattarai, who previously worked at the Henry the VIII Restaurant and Mad Hatters in Bermuda. Signature dishes include traditional conch fritters, a classic Bermudian fish sandwich, and a Goslings Rum cake. A portion of proceeds from the menu will support the Bermuda Sloop Foundation and Boston-based Courageous Sailing, organizations dedicated to providing youth with sailing education, leadership development, and hands-on learning opportunities.

The hotel will host a Goslings Rum pop-up in the lobby on Wednesday, July 15 from 4 to 6 p.m., ahead of the Boston Harbor fireworks. The event will feature complimentary tastings of premium expressions, including Spirited Seas Old Rum and Old Rum Rye, led by Goslings brand ambassadors, along with giveaways, enter-to-win opportunities, and specialty cocktails served by the Off the Common team. Featured island cocktails include the Rum Swizzle, made with Goslings Rum, orange juice, pineapple juice, grenadine, and bitters, and the Dark 'n Stormy, featuring Goslings Rum, lime juice, ginger beer, and bitters.
